Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IBM DataStage Developer with strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data integration processes, data quality best practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- ETL Design & Development : Create and maintain robust ETL workflows using IBM DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator tools.

- Data Integration : Extract data from multiple sources, perform complex transformations, and load it into data warehouses or data marts.

- Performance Tuning : Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for efficiency.

- Data Quality & Validation : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and lineage through validation checks, testing, and documentation.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in IBM DataStage development.

- Strong ETL design and data integration expertise.

- Proven ability in performance tuning and job optimization.

- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and documentation best practices.
