Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer to join our team in Gurgaon. With 6 to 15 years of hands-on development experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in Cognos TM1/IBM Planning Analytics, a deep understanding of finance processes, and the ability to develop and maintain scalable and efficient TM1 applications and reports. This role is crucial for delivering insightful financial planning and forecasting solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and manage end-to-end financial planning and analysis solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

- Develop and maintain robust TurboIntegrator (TI) processes, including complex data loads, metadata updates, and data transformations.

- Write and optimize TM1 rules for calculations, allocations, and inter-cube data flows to ensure accurate financial models.

- Design and develop interactive web sheets and comprehensive dimension/cube structures within TM1.

- Build and support intuitive Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) dashboards and reports to meet business reporting needs.

- Develop sophisticated Excel-based financial reports using Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX), enhancing user experience and analytical capabilities.

- Ensure data integrity, automation, and performance optimization of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models.

- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver functional, insightful solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide comprehensive support for existing TM1 applications and infrastructure.

- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across various finance functions to enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams to implement best practices and enhance the overall solution architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-15 years of hands-on development experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

- Strong technical foundation in Cognos TM1/IBM Planning Analytics, including deep knowledge of cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator processes.

- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) dashboards and reports.

- Experience in creating Excel-based financial reports using Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX).

- Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity, automation, and performance optimization of TM1 models.

- Proven experience in gathering requirements from finance stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing TM1 applications.

- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
