Your Role :

As an IBM ACE Developer (Delivery Consultant - Technology Expert Labs), you will :

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers in the Integration space.

- Work hands-on with IBM Middleware suite to deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot solutions.

- Deliver deployments across on-premises, cloud (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud), and containerized (Cloud Pak for Integration, OpenShift) environments.

- Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of projects - from design to post-go-live support.

- Collaborate globally while also being capable of driving independent deliveries.

What Youll Bring (Required Expertise) :

- 7+ years of experience with IBM ACE/IIB tools

- Expertise in the software development lifecycle - analysis, design, programming, implementation, and administration

- Hands-on with installations, upgrades, migrations (IIB, ACE, Cloud Pak)

- Skilled in performance tuning, deployment, administration, and architectural planning

- Integration knowledge : ACE with MQ, databases (DB2, Oracle)

- Strong experience with network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, SMTP, SFTP) & scripting

- Tools : RFHUtil, MQ Explorer, Toolkit, GitHub

Preferred Skills (Great to Have) :

- Development expertise with eSQL, Java, XSLT

- Experience with XML, JSON, COBOL, file-based message structures

- Hands-on with ACE & MQ resource packaging and deployment

- Familiarity with IBM Event Streams, Apache Kafka & cloud-native messaging solutions

- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
