IBaseIT - CMDB Manager - ITSM Platform

We are looking to fill a CMDB Manager (Specialist Configuration Management)

Role : Specialist Configuration Management

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 10+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain the CMDB ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Manage ITSM platform integrations (Freshworks, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, etc.).

- Define and maintain CI attributes, relationships, and dependencies.

- Work on vulnerability mapping using tools like Qualys or Tenable.

- Develop configuration management policies and procedures in line with ITIL best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for CMDB alignment and reporting.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (SACM, Change Management).

- Experience in API/webhook-based integrations and scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).

- Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) for automated discovery.

- ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow Certified Administrator preferred.
