About the Role:

We are seeking a professional with strong experience in project or data management, ASPICE-based projects, and hands-on expertise in configuration management systems such as PTC Windchill, PTC Integrity, and IPM.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the System Configuration Management Plan, integrating it with software configuration processes, and ensuring consistency, traceability, and quality across all program deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the System Configuration Management Plan and integrate it with Software Configuration Management.

- Set up, maintain, and enhance Configuration Management Systems (PTC Integrity, PTC Windchill, IPM) and data-sharing portals.

- Define and manage configuration items throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring completeness and consistency.

- Plan and organize baseline releases in line with program schedules and WBS.

- Support Engineering Program Managers and Lead System Engineers with reports and metrics to achieve milestones.

- Monitor configuration quality and participate in audits and follow-up activities.

- Support Product Release (SPL.2) and manage user access rights within configuration systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3 years in project management, data management, or similar roles.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ASPICE projects (> Level 1).

- 1 year of experience in Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) activities.

- Proficiency in PTC Windchill and PTC Integrity preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
