About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance efforts. This role is hands-on and will focus on automation, vulnerability management, CI/CD pipeline development, and security best practices.

You will work closely with our internal DevOps and security teams to ensure that our platform not only runs reliably and scales effectively, but also complies with FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 requirements.

Responsibilities

- Support compliance-driven DevOps tasks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001), with focus on vulnerability management and security automation.

- Develop, instrument, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD automation.

- Work extensively with AWS services including IAM, Route53, EC2, ECS, SQS, and ACM.

- Build and manage automation with Packer for image creation and Python3 for scripting/integration.

- Write and maintain robust Bash scripts for automation and system management.

- Integrate and interact with APIs from tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, SonarQube, and JFrog XRay.

- Apply best practices in SSDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle), DevSecOps, and cloud security.

- Ensure systems follow modern networking and security protocols and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with product teams to ensure infrastructure supports our email and collaboration security solutions.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation (preferably in regulated environments with compliance frameworks).

- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (IAM, Route53, EC2, ECS, SQS, ACM).

- Proficiency in Python 3 and advanced Bash scripting.

- Familiarity with Packer for building automated machine images.

- Comfortable working with APIs across tools like JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, and JFrog XRay.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices, SSDLC, and secure coding principles.

- Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
