iAM Tester - SailPoint IQ

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IAM Tester with strong hands-on experience in testing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or similar Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM processes, access controls, and lifecycle management, along with solid experience in end-to-end testing and defect management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for IAM solutions, primarily SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Validate IAM processes such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, access review, and certification workflows.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and IAM architects to understand requirements and define test scenarios.

- Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans for IAM components.

- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).

- Ensure test coverage and maintain traceability from requirements to test results.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production validation activities.

- Provide test status reports, metrics, and test summary documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Overall 5+ years of experience, with 4+ years in IAM testing and 2+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ, Oracle IDM, Okta, etc.).

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: roles, entitlements, provisioning, access reviews, certifications.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).

- Ability to analyze logs, workflows, and configurations for defect investigation.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
