IAM Identity Security Engineer Lead Saviynt Senior Level

Job Summary :

We are hiring a Senior IAM Identity Security Engineer Saviynt with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The candidate should have proven expertise in Saviynt implementation, customization, AD/AAD integration, role governance, and compliance workflows.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years hands-on Saviynt IGA implementation

- Strong expertise in Saviynt IGA modules ARS, SoD, Certifications, Access Reviews

- In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, and access governance

- Experience integrating Saviynt with AD, Azure AD, and enterprise applications

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong technical understanding of Saviynt platform architecture, rule engine, and workflow logic

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) domain structures and Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant configurations

- Implement and manage Identity & Role Governance, including role engineering and AD/AAD group memberships

- Exposure to Microsoft Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) features and capabilities

- Design, develop, and enhance Access Request System (ARS), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Recertification workflows

- Configure Entitlement Governance, RBAC, SoD controls, access reviews, and attestation processes

- Onboard enterprise applications and improve automation and self-service features

- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and operational stability
