- 7 -10 years of proven experience in design and implementation of Enterprise grade AI and Automation Frameworks and solutions

- 5 + year working on Programming/Scripting experience mandatory using Python, PowerShell, Perl, Shell/bash scripting for IAM Automation and Engineering

- 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI Workflow and RAG Systems using LangGraph, LLM and Vector Stores

- APIs & Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integration and microservices architecture

- Handson experience with Saviynt MCP and Enterprise Identity Cloud for smart provisioning and automated attestation is big plus

- Exposure to major IAM domains is desired (MFA, PAM, IGA)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Customer-focused mindset with emphasis on user experience

- Collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams

- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies
