- Collaborate with functional architects and offshore teams to execute the technical build, testing, and deployment of IdentityNow solutions.

- Oversee and finalize the Employee and Non-Employee Risk Module (NERM) for contractors, including configuration and workflow management.

- Manage the transfer of employee records in PeopleSoft, covering onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IAM configurations, integrations, and workflows.

- Ensure proper configuration across multiple environments and provide post-deployment support.

- Implement workflows and processes specifically for contractor management in the non-employee risk module.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IdentityNow solutions and related integrations.

Skillset/Requirements :

- Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityNow/IAM development, including workflow and integration configuration.

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HR system, including employee record management and transfers.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex IAM technical issues across environments.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional architects, offshore teams, and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
