iAM Engineer - SailPoint

Required Skills and Experience :

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expertise :

Deep knowledge of Okta Identity Cloud, including (primary responsibilities) :

- Tenant setup and configuration

- SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle policies

- Application integrations (OIDC, SAML, SCIM)

- Directory integrations (e.g., AD, LDAP, Workday)

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, including (secondary responsibilities) :

- Initial tenant setup

- Source connectors configuration

- Identity governance and role modeling

- Provisioning workflows and access certifications

Engineering and Implementation Skills :

- Proven experience deploying Okta and/or SailPoint in greenfield or M&A contexts

- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform preferred)

- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and advise on secure, scalable design patterns

General Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and zero trust principles

- Experience supporting IAM initiatives in large enterprise or cloud-first environments

- Excellent documentation and communication skills

- Familiarity with common compliance and audit frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA) a plus

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

- Support environment setup and configuration for both Okta and SailPoint tenants

- Assist in integration of business applications and directories

- Provide technical input on deployment plans, workflows, and policies

- Validate configuration through testing and support transition to internal teams

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance
