Job Description :

- 5- 8 years of total working experience.

- Creating the architecture and infrastructure for managing user identities and access within any IDP (Okta Preferred).

- Setting up and configuring IAM tools, including authentication mechanisms (e.g., passwords, multi-factor authentication), authorization policies, and access controls.

- Should have experience working with IAM (Okta), Authentication, and Authorization.

- Should understand Source system Integration (AD & LDAP)

- Experience with different IAM policies (Auth Server Access policy, Global Session Policy, Sign On / Authentication Policy, Enrollment Policy, Password Policy, Recovery Policy)

- Experience with SAML, SCIM, OpenID Connect, and other relevant technologies.

- Should have Knowledge of security best practices and how to implement them within the IAM system.

- Experience customizing the OHLP pages using hooks and events

- Should understand OKTA management APIs and know the usage of it as consumer

- Using automation to streamline IAM processes and reduce manual tasks.

- Should have experience in configuring AD/LDAP agent in on premise servers.

- Thinking critically to analyze the pros and cons of solving a problem or using technology in a certain way.

- Experience developing with CI-CD and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong communication skills, especially in articulating technical concepts.

- Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
