Role Overview :

As an IAM Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our organization. You will collaborate closely with security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and seamless access to critical systems and data. Your expertise will directly impact the security posture of the organization, enabling business agility while mitigating risks associated with unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access governance, to meet business requirements and security standards.

- Develop and maintain IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to streamline user provisioning, access requests, and certification processes.

- Architect and deploy Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, such as CyberArk PAM, to secure privileged accounts and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive systems.

- Integrate IAM systems with various applications and platforms to ensure consistent identity management across the enterprise.

- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses of IAM infrastructure to identify and remediate potential risks.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM architecture, configurations, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

- Proven ability to architect and deploy Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk PAM.

- Deep understanding of IAM workflows, access governance principles, and security best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
