Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead Automation with a strong background in C#, UI, and API testing.

The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who can drive end-to-end testing activities independently and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C#.

- Perform UI and API testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of applications.

- Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.

- Independently drive the testing efforts and manage test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.

- Mentor junior team members if required and lead by example.

- Act as a quality gatekeeper and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in Test Automation.

- Strong hands-on experience with C# programming.

- Proficient in both UI automation and API testing tools and frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and soft skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good To Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.)
