iAgami Technologies - Test Analyst - ETL/Datawarehouse Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage ETL testing activities for large-scale data warehousing projects.

- Design, develop, and execute automated API tests for SOAP, REST, and GraphQL services.

- Utilize SOAP UI with Groovy scripting to enhance test automation frameworks.

- Write and maintain Java scripts to support automation and validation efforts.

- Parse and validate API responses in JSON and XML formats, ensuring data integrity and functional correctness.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to define test plans, strategies, and ensure thorough test coverage.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Mentor and guide junior testers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing with strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

- Expertise in API automation testing across SOAP, REST, and GraphQL protocols.

- Proficient in SOAP UI tool along with Groovy scripting for test automation.

- Strong Java programming skills for test development and customization.

- Solid experience in parsing and asserting API responses in JSON and XML formats.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SQL for data validation and query writing.

- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to performance and security testing is a plus.
