Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee complete environment lifecycle management including provisioning, refreshing, and maintenance of Dev, UAT, and Production environments.

- Manage data import/export activities using standard D365 tools and frameworks.

- Monitor and manage batch jobs, handle exceptions, and provide integration support with external systems.

- Configure and maintain workflows, security roles, user permissions, and post-upgrade validations.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure technical alignment and system stability.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for routine operations, deployments, and troubleshooting.

- Support performance tuning of customizations and integrations within D365 FO.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft escalations and work with Microsoft Support on issue resolution.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and release management protocols.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of technical experience in D365 Finance & Operations (formerly AX).

- Strong knowledge of environment setup, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and system administration.

- Experience with data entities, data migration, and Data Management Framework (DMF).

- Proficient in batch job configuration, error handling, and troubleshooting technical issues.

- Skilled in configuring and supporting workflows, security models, and user role assignments.

- Hands-on experience in X++, Power Platform, and D365 FO customizations (a plus).

- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, including runbooks and SOPs.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certification in D365 Technical (e., MB-500) is a strong advantage.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, code branching, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to ISV solutions, performance profiling tools, and telemetry/log analytics
