4. Asset Management
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system performance.
- Provide support for integrations such as Purchase Order (PO) automation, ACH, and related third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and triage functional issues by working closely with business users and technical teams.
- Participate in upgrade testing, UAT, and system validation activities for ongoing enhancements or rollouts.
- Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide end-user training to ensure adoption and effective system use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to solution design workshops and planning sessions.
Required Skills & Experience :
specialization in Supply Chain modules.
- Strong domain knowledge in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory control, and asset lifecycle
management.
- Proven track record in process optimization and functional issue resolution.
- Experience supporting system integrations and automation solutions within the D365 environment.
- Ability to handle documentation, knowledge sharing, and upgrade support efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Exposure to global or multi-entity implementations and support projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
