Role Overview :

As a Senior Business Process & AI Automation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of transforming business operations through intelligent automation. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing complex business processes, designing and implementing automation solutions leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs, and guiding clients through their automation journey. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal development teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, build proof-of-concepts, and deploy scalable solutions. The impact of your work will be significant, driving increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business processes across various industries to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using n8n, AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency for clients.

- Build and present proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed automation solutions to stakeholders.

- Lead the implementation and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations for our clients.

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices for automation, change management, and governance to ensure long-term success.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies to continuously improve our service offerings and deliver innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with internal development teams to build reusable automation components and frameworks to accelerate project delivery and improve solution quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions using n8n, AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs.

- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
