Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manhattan WMi Support Engineer based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and addressing customer inquiries.

Daily tasks will include monitoring operating systems, offering customer service support, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the systems.

Role : IT Enterprise Applications Analyst (Chamberlain Group).

Overview :

Responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications that enable distribution business processesprimarily Manhattan PkMS, SAP Transportation Management, and related systems.

Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements; design solutions following best practices.

- Configure and support Manhattan PkMS, SAP TM, and related distribution/transportation processes (receiving, putaway, cycle count, picking, packing, shipping, planning).

- Develop functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or equivalent.

- 3+ years in IT applications development/configuration.

- 3+ years hands-on Manhattan PkMS (including configuration).

- Experience with distribution processes and RF devices in warehouse environments.

- Strong systems analysis, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC, requirements analysis, and reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
