Description :

- Advance ML techniques (supervised learning regression, classification, uplift modeling; unsupervised learning as input).

- Explore opportunities to improve and scale our AI platform.

- Build, deploy, and monitor ML models.

- Work with complex structured data to design meaningful features.

- Leverage and optimize our ML Ops platform (currently on Azure Machine Learning).

- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to deliver insights.

- Mentor junior team members (based on seniority).

Requirements :

- Strong coding skills to build automated ML pipelines & APIs

- Proficiency in Python & SQL

- Hands-on experience with supervised ML modeling on structured data

- Solid understanding of statistics & conditional probability

- Familiarity with ML Ops tools (Azure ML preferred)

Preferred Skills :

- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

- Experience mentoring peers and working in cross-functional teams
