Job Description :

As an AI Lead, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across our core platforms.

Your focus will be on NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and applying machine learning models to real-world problems. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate ideas into intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead AI/ML initiatives and guide junior engineers.

- Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP pipelines.

- Design machine learning workflows for classification, prediction, and recommendation systems.

- Integrate AI models into production environments with scalability and performance in mind.

- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business goals.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in deep learning, LLMs, and generative AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Proficient in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and transformer architectures.

- Familiarity with ML Ops tools, version control, and deployment practices.

- Solid grasp of AI ethics, model evaluation, and optimization.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
