Job Description:

As an AI Lead, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across our core platforms. Your focus will be on NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and applying machine learning models to real-world problems. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate ideas into intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI/ML initiatives and guide junior engineers
Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP pipelines
Design machine learning workflows for classification, prediction, and recommendation systems
Integrate AI models into production environments with scalability and performance in mind
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and experimentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business goals
Stay updated with the latest trends in deep learning, LLMs, and generative AI

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
Proficient in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and transformer architectures
Familiarity with ML Ops tools, version control, and deployment practices
Solid grasp of AI ethics, model evaluation, and optimization
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
