Role : Senior AI/ML Engineer - LLM & RAG Specialist

Location : India | Experience : 5+ years

About the Role :

We're building cutting-edge AI solutions for the maritime industry. As our Senior ML Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced language models and RAG systems.

Core Technical Requirements :

- Strong experience in fine-tuning LLMs (Llama, Mistral)

- Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation

- Proficient in PyTorch, LangChain, and Python

- Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP deployment

- Production experience with model optimization and evaluation

Key Responsibilities :

1. LLM Development :

- Fine-tune and optimize open-source language models

- Design and implement RAG systems

- Build robust evaluation pipelines

2. Infrastructure & Deployment :

- Deploy models on Azure/GCP

- Create scalable training pipelines

- Optimize model performance for production

Must Have Skills :

- 5+ years of ML/AI experience

- Strong Python programming

- LLM fine-tuning experience

- Cloud deployment (Azure/GCP)

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Team collaboration mindset

Nice to Have :

- Experience mentoring junior engineers

- Maritime industry knowledge
