Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead D365 Business Central Integration to architect, develop, and deliver integration-driven applications and enterprise solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent coding capabilities, and the ability to lead development teams through complex BC integration engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Execution :

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for BC implementations.

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and modular code.

- Develop and optimize APIs, OData integrations, and web services to support multi-system communication.

- Lead architecture design for web applications, backend systems, and integration workflows.

- Oversee end-to-end SDLC including development, deployment, testing, and optimization.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain development documentation.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement high-quality solutions.

- Drive integration projects involving ERP, eCommerce, logistics, or middleware systems.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Collaborate with QA, project teams, and UX designers for seamless product delivery.

- Provide mentorship to junior developers and support technical upskills.

- Prepare estimation plans, WBS, sprint plans, and deployment schedules.

- Act as a subject matter expert for problem-solving and technical escalations.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6 - 8+ years working with D365 Business Central / NAV implementations.

- Hands-on experience with C/AL, AL, OData, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML.

- Experience building and consuming APIs, integrating ERP with external systems.

- Strong exposure to ASP.NET, backend development, and cloud integrations.

Technical Knowledge :

- Understanding of BC architecture, extensions, events, and subscribers.

- Familiarity with RDLC reporting, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.

- Experience with tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, and version control systems.

- Knowledge of security certificates, authentication models, and data exchange patterns.
