i-exceed - Flutter Lead/Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Lead to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-platform app development, team leadership, and architecture planning using Flutter and Dart. You will be responsible for leading the Flutter team, driving product architecture, and ensuring delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

- Architect scalable and maintainable codebases across Android and iOS platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers.

- Guide and mentor a team of Flutter developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.

- Ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of total mobile development experience, with at least 5 years in Flutter.

- Proficient in Dart programming language.

- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.

- Experience with state management libraries (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).

- Integration experience with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase.

- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience as a team lead or technical architect.

- Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

- Knowledge of DevOps for mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).

- Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store.
