We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, along with experience in developing high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, building reusable components, integrating APIs and third-party services, and contributing to the complete mobile application development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

- Develop reusable widgets, components, and clean application architecture.

- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs into mobile applications.

- Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or similar frameworks.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across devices.

- Debug and resolve application issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Work closely with DevOps teams for build automation and deployment processes.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and estimations.

- Maintain technical documentation and application release notes.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Stay updated with emerging Flutter technologies, frameworks, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 3+ years of total mobile application development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.

- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, state management, and mobile application architecture.

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as :

a. Provider

b. Bloc

c. Riverpod

- Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and responsive design principles.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

- Knowledge of application deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and mobile app lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience as a Team Lead or Technical Architect.

- Exposure to native Android development using Kotlin/Java.

- Exposure to iOS development using Swift/Objective-C.

- Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as :

a. Fastlane

b. GitHub Actions

c. Bitrise

- Experience publishing applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and backend integration concepts.
