As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for design, architect, build & develop the client-side of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

You are a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design. Ultimately, you should be able to create a functional and attractive digital environment for our clients, ensuring great user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Building a new cutting edge product from 0 to 1, and learning the essentials for the same, along the way.

- Designing, architecting and developing the frontend/backend of the product, primarily using the MERN stack.

- Delivering a robust backend platform for the products and platforms by incorporating important considerations regarding minimal downtime, high availability, data redundancy, tight security, etc. into the design.

- Setting up processes and systems for a new product development initiative.

- Design, build and maintain effective, reusable, and reliable frontend products.

- Collaborate with the Product managers, UX designers and back-end engineers to design, develop, test and iterate to provide customers with world class products.

- Continuously solving problems to give our customers a delightful experience.

- Work on performance debugging and benchmarking.

- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies. Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 5+ years programming experience in developing web applications.

- Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components.

- Back-End development with Node.JS and awareness of AWS.

- Front-End development with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux.

- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).

- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
