We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Consultant with strong expertise in the Oracle Hyperion EPM Product Suite. The candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and support of Hyperion applications, ensuring high performance and availability. The role demands solid hands-on experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and related tools, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on small, medium, and large Hyperion application development and support projects.

- Design and develop Hyperion Planning applications with expertise in Essbase.

- Write and optimize Calculation Manager rules and Calculation Scripts.

- Develop and maintain Hyperion forms, task lists, menus, and smart lists.

- Provide expertise in Smart View usage for business reporting and analysis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure smooth performance and provide ongoing support for Hyperion applications.

Roles & Responsibilities of a Hyperion Consultant

- 1. Implementation & Configuration

- Deploy and configure Hyperion EPM suite components: Planning, Essbase (ASO/BSO), HFM, DRM, FDMEE, EPMA, Financial Reporting, and/or FCM

- Manage application cloning, migration across environments, and system setups like user access, security, hierarchies, dimensions, workflow approvals, and automation

- 2. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into functional designs for financial planning, consolidation, budgeting, and reporting solutions

- Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and sprint sessions for capturing requirements and designing user experiences

- 3. Development & Optimization

- Build and manage Essbase cubesdesign dimensions, calculation scripts, business rules, data mappings, and loaded metadata

- Optimize performance of cubes, manage data integrity, and improve system functionality

- Design, develop, and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and consolidated output leveraging tools like Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and FRS

- Support analysis on financial performance, trends, and provide decision support insights

- 9. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key liaisonmanaging client expectations, coordinating deliverables, and communicating project status to stakeholders
