Job Description :

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Hybrid Cloud Architect to lead enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives through modern, scalable, and secure cloud architectures.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing and deploying hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across public, private, and on-premise infrastructure platforms.

This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, stakeholder communication, and leadership in cloud adoption journeys covering application modernization, data modernization, and infrastructure migration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the organizations hybrid cloud strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.

- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures using a mix of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud) and private cloud or on-prem solutions (Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.

- Develop end-to-end solutions for application migration, replatforming, refactoring, and infrastructure modernization.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, services, and platforms for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Edge, and Hybrid Cloud environments.

- Architect and validate custom hybrid/multi-cloud solutions including compute, network, storage, container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and integration services.

- Design and lead the migration and modernization of legacy applications and databases to the cloud using modern cloud-native services.

- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and compliance in all solution designs.

- Integrate cloud infrastructure with DevSecOps pipelines, automation, and monitoring tools.

- Engage with CxOs, IT leaders, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and articulate solution value.

- Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demos to align stakeholders with the proposed architecture.

- Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate architectural decisions and facilitate full-scale deployments.

- Collaborate with InfoSec teams to incorporate security, identity management, and compliance controls into cloud solutions (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Define governance models for hybrid cloud operations, cost controls, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure data privacy, secure access, and business continuity strategies are in place.

- Act as a mentor and thought leader for cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform teams.

- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams (infra, apps, network, security, operations).

- Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging cloud technologies, tools, and practices for innovation and efficiency.

Skills Required :

- 17 to 22 years of IT experience with a minimum of 8 to 10 years in cloud architecture, hybrid cloud solutions, or cloud transformation leadership.

- Proven experience in cloud strategy development, enterprise architecture, and large-scale cloud adoption.

- Deep technical knowledge across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud platforms like Nutanix, OpenStack, VMware.

- Hands-on expertise in cloud migration tools and methodologies for applications, data, and infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of networking, security, storage, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and automation.

- Experience working with hardware OEMs, hybrid infrastructure providers, and system integrators.

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
