About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, automating, and optimizing our deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes. You'll be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations, enabling faster and more reliable delivery of applications while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions

- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for application and infrastructure components

- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

- Build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Provision and configure servers, networks, and storage to meet development and production needs

- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or CloudWatch

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues in development, staging, and production environments

- Enforce best practices for infrastructure security, secrets management, and access control

- Perform regular audits and implement compliance tools to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards

- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver infrastructure solutions

- Support application deployments, environment configurations, and release management

- Participate in incident response and postmortem analysis to improve system resilience

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 5-7 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or System Administration role

- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Shell

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

- Knowledge of Git-based workflows and version control systems

- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation frameworks

- Understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and distributed systems
