Synopsis :

We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for building elegant, scalable digital products grounded in real user needs and sharp market instincts. This role is for someone who doesn't just manage backlogs-but deeply understands what makes a great product through user empathy, competitive awareness, technical fluency, and an intuitive sense of quality.

You'll operate as the owner of your product stream, collaborating with design, engineering, content, and business stakeholders to define, shape, and ship exceptional solutions. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and craft.

Job Responsibilities :

- Own product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement for one or more high-impact platform features or services.

- Act as the conscience of the product, championing user-centric design and quality across all stages of development.

- Define product vision, user journeys, and roadmap based on deep understanding of market needs, user behavior, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

- Partner with business teams to develop personas, use cases, and competitive benchmarks that inform feature planning and prioritization.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, content, QA, and GTM teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Translate ideas into actionable epics, stories, and wireframes that can be easily implemented and iterated upon.

- Own product KPIs and use analytics, research, and feedback loops to make informed decisions that improve outcomes.

- Manage product maintenance, including technical debt, infrastructure, and iterative feature releases.

- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and lead initiatives that require coordination across functions or product areas.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, user behavior shifts, and platform innovations to guide product strategy.

What You Bring :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in product management for digital platforms, SaaS, or content-rich environments.

- Proven success launching and scaling user-first software products, preferably with large or growing user bases.

- Strong instincts around product taste, usability, and experience design-can spot quality and advocate for it.

- Demonstrated experience in market analysis, user research, and competitor benchmarking to inform product direction.

- Excellent skills in wireframe analysis, use case writing, and backlog management using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

- Hands-on experience working in agile, scrum-based teams; can operate comfortably as a product owner across multiple sprints.

- Clear, confident communicator-able to translate technical, user, and business requirements across diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Deep sense of accountability and autonomy-can move fast, manage ambiguity, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in digital learning, education platforms, content management systems, or knowledge-based products.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), instructional design, or digital publishing workflows.

- Exposure to data platforms, AI-driven tools, or platform-as-a-service environments.

- Prior experience with distributed teams across time zones.

- Scrum Product Owner certification or similar qualification is a plus.
