HumanX - Senior User Interface Designer - Figma/Sketch

About the Role :

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual delight in the digital interfaces we design, and develop creative concepts in the domain of product and communication design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for various digital platforms.

- Translate client briefs and project requirements into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and objectives.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively and incorporating the requirements and the feedback into the design process.

- Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet both user needs and project requirements.

- Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and responsive design principles is a plus.

- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in visual design and digital media.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ideal Candidate :

- 3- 6 years of experience, preferably in a digital agency or design studio.

- Expert proficiency in UI design tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

- Strong experience with Visual Design principles : color theory, typography, iconography, spacing, layout, contrast, hierarchy

- Ability to build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and component libraries

- Skilled in creating high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect designs

- Understanding of Design Tokens and scalable design architecture

- Advanced experience with interactive prototyping : Figma prototypes, Principle, InVision, Protopie, Axure

- Ability to create micro-interactions, transitions, and animations

- Experience in designing for multi-device platforms (Web, iOS, Android, tablets)

- Strong knowledge of gesture design, navigation flows, and mobile-first design.

- Understanding of UX fundamentals : user flows, wireframes, personas, journey maps

- Ability to collaborate with UX teams to convert research insights into visual design
