Hudle - Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Description :

- Review and re-evaluate the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules.

- Work on 70% Automated testing and 30% manual testing environment.

- Oversee quality review of various applications.

- Ensure all products/ features are shipped on time with maximum quality and minimal bugs.

- Oversee implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation.

- Tests complex API, web and mobile based applications that reference database back-end systems and reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and veri?es ?xes.

- Assists in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans.

- Understand business use cases/user stories and develop comprehensive test cases.

- Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements, functional speci?cations and design documents.

- Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and to ensure that system components are designed for testability.

- Help set and ful?ll the QA hiring plan for the team including screening and interviewing.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related ?eld, or equivalent professional experience.

- 3-5 years of relevant software testing experience and at least one year of team leading

experience.

- Should have good working knowledge of Manual Testing (Web and Mobile on both iOS and

Android).

- Knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium & Appium with any programming language) will

be a plus point.

- Solid knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.

- Good knowledge of API testing, database testing, performance testing and

security/vulnerability testing.

- Solid working experience with web based user interfaces, mobile applications & APIs using

Postman or similar tools.

- Should have basic knowledge of Git.

- Strong debugging skill with knowledge of networking tools like Charles proxy, Fiddler or any other debugging tool is a big plus.

- Should have working experience in Agile Methodology.

- Strong and ?uent communication skills.

- Experience in internet/ Startups/ product development companies is preferred.
