About the Role :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, configuration, customization, and optimization of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation solutions. This is a critical, on-site role requiring hands-on expertise in implementing end-to-end HubSpot solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

- Customize workflows, automation, forms, dashboards, and reports as per client requirements.

- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools, APIs, and client websites.

- Migrate data from legacy systems or other CRMs to HubSpot.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.

- Provide client training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

- Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot setup and implementation.

- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, and integrations.

- Experience with data migration, automation, and reporting.

- Understanding of marketing automation, inbound marketing, and lead management.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.

- HubSpot Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
