- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, result-oriented thinking, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to exchange knowledge

- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (marketing and sales) and process mapping skills

- Proven background as a Hubspot/Salesforce consultant managing E2E Marketing (Hubspot) and Sales (Salesforce) journeys including integration with social media applications and websites

- Experience with agile methodologies (eg. Scrum) and close collaboration with Salesforce developers to design data-quality and scalable solutions

- Relevant Hubspot/Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder)

- Technical expertise in HubSpot including the CMS, Sales Hub.

- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture of B2b marketing journeys within HubSpot

- Must have understanding of data flow between Salesforce and Hubspot. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless, automated flow of information between the systems.

- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for all HubSpot, providing strategic recommendations to the stakeholders.


Skills & Qualifications :


- Strong understanding of CRM B2B marketing and sales processes and workflow automation.

- Proven experience managing HubSpotSalesforce integrations and marketing tech stacks.

- Proficient in data mapping, cleansing, and pipeline design across systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiar with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

- Certifications (preferred) : HubSpot Admin / Marketing Hub, Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or App Builder.

- Technical expertise in HubSpot CMS, Sales Hub, and integration with social media applications and websites
