Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled HRMS Technical Consultant who will have deep technical expertise in HRMS applications, with strong hands-on experience in Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, along with a solid understanding of core HRMS modules and domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and maintain HRMS technical components including Oracle Forms, Reports, and workflows.
- Write efficient and scalable PL/SQL code to support various HRMS functionalities.
- Collaborate with functional HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support for HRMS issues, including data corrections, system configurations, and integration issues.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
- Maintain documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and customizations.
Required Skills :
- Strong expertise in HRMS Technical development.
- Proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL development.
- Solid understanding of HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and related processes.
- Good domain knowledge of Human Resources systems and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in remote teams and cross-functional environments.
