Tech Product Manager - Demand (Hoora)

Location : Nagpur (In-office)

Experience : 5-8 years in Product Management (with 2-3 years in a tech-first company)

Role Overview :

Lead Hoora's demand-side products (user apps, booking flows, retention features, payments, growth). Build and lead a strong product + engineering team in Nagpur to scale user adoption and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team (developers, designers, QA).

- Define and own the user app roadmap (car/bike wash, auto care services, marketplace, etc.).

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to validate product hypotheses.

- Design growth experiments (referrals, loyalty, engagement features).

- Work with engineers on scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile & web solutions.

- Set and track KPIs (bookings, retention, repeat rates, NPS).

Key Skills :

- Strong team building and leadership experience.

- Excellent understanding of mobile apps, APIs, payments, analytics tools.

- Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving ability.

- Prior experience in marketplaces / consumer tech products.
