About the Role:

HNI GBSC India is hiring an SAP SD professional to support Order-to-Cash processes, sales operations, pricing, and distribution functions. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver and enhance SAP SD solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business requirements.

- Configure and support SAP SD processes.

- Support sales order management and distribution activities.

- Design and execute testing activities.

- Drive issue resolution and process improvements.

- Work with business users on training and adoption.

- Participate in implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of SAP SD experience.

- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Experience with Pricing, Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Billing.

- Understanding of SAP SD organizational structures and sales documents.

- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

- ERP implementation experience.

- Project management exposure.

- Analytics and BI reporting knowledge.
