About the Role:

HNI GBSC India is looking for an experienced SAP PP professional to support and enhance Production Planning processes across global manufacturing operations. The role involves business analysis, SAP configuration, solution design, testing, implementation, and stakeholder management.

Total Experience: 5 - 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements.

- Configure and support SAP PP solutions.

- Analyze production planning and manufacturing processes.

- Work closely with business users and SMEs.

- Create functional specifications and test scenarios.

- Support application enhancements and issue resolution.

- Conduct user training and UAT activities.

- Collaborate with MM and Warehouse Management teams.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of SAP PP experience.

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, and Goods Movements.

- Experience in manufacturing environments.

- Understanding of SAP PP integration with MM and WM.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP Variant Configuration.

- SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- Furniture or discrete manufacturing experience.
