Description :



Were looking for an experienced HMI Developer to lead complex Automotive Embedded Software Development projects primarily focusing on Instrument Cluster and HMI (Qt/QML).



The ideal candidate will take ownership of design, development, testing, and integration, ensuring full compliance with ASPICE/CMMI processes.



Key Responsibilities :



- Execute and lead complex embedded real-time design & development tasks from concept to release.



- Ensure development compliance with customer requirements and project objectives.



- Lead and coordinate embedded software development for cluster projects.



- Manage L3 resource planning, effort estimation, and risk management.



- Participate in quality reviews to maintain project and process standards.



- Conduct requirement analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.



- Ensure instrument panel cluster functionality meets customer specs.



- Apply AUTOSAR standards and ASPICE/CMMI methodologies.



- Debug and troubleshoot embedded software issues.



- Collaborate across teams for successful project execution.



Technical Skills Required :



- Strong experience in Automotive Embedded Systems (preferably Cluster/HMI)



- Proficient in Qt Lite, QML, and Qt Framework



- Sound understanding of RTOS Concepts concurrent programming, multithreading, IPC, kernel fundamentals



- Experience across complete software development life cycle (SDLC)



- Strong debugging and testing skills using tools such as Lauterbach / JTAG / Trace32 / Parasoft / CPPTest



- Hands-on experience with CANoe / CANalyser / PCAN



- Knowledge of Atlassian Toolchain (JIRA, Confluence)



- Familiarity with ASPICE and CMMI process guidelines



Good to Have :



- Experience working with MCU-based Cluster systems using Qt



- Understanding of Design Patterns and UML Diagrams
