Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer / Product Designer III to lead the design of user-centric digital experiences.

This role combines strategic thinking, design execution, and cross-functional collaboration to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful products.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the design process end-to-end from discovery to delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- User Research & Discovery : Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and pain points

- Design Strategy : Translate business requirements and product goals into clear design strategies and execution plans

- UX Design : Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to define interaction patterns and information architecture

- UI Design : Create high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and component libraries consistent with brand guidelines

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and aligned with business goals

- Iteration & Testing : Continuously refine designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior insights

- Design Systems : Contribute to or manage a scalable design system ensuring consistency across platforms and products

- Mentorship : For senior candidates, mentor junior designers, provide constructive critique, and help shape the design culture of the organization

- Accessibility : Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

- Innovation : Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into the product

Technical & Design Skills Required :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Expertise in creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile

- Experience with prototyping tools and motion design principles is a plus

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with development teams (coding skills are a plus, not mandatory)

- Experience working with and contributing to design systems

- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

- 6+ years of relevant experience for Product Designer III; 610 years for Senior Product Designer

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (both UX and UI)

Preferred Experience :

- Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise applications, or complex workflows

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Exposure to design leadership and strategy roles (for Senior position)
