Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements through market research and stakeholder discussions.

- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional documentation.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Conduct competitor analysis, market trend analysis, and customer feedback assessment to identify product improvement opportunities.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure product scalability, performance, and system reliability.

- Define product KPIs, analyze product performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for successful product adoption and go-to-market execution.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular product updates to leadership teams.

- Ensure timely product releases while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong understanding of Product Management methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

- Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of APIs, system architecture, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Familiarity with SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.

- Experience working with web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise platforms.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), or digital product ecosystems is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture.
