Were seeking a driven Product Manager who will lead the ideation, delivery, and optimization of select AI?powered features within our product.

You will focus on executing high?impact AI functionality under strategic guidance from the Lead AI PM.

What you will be working on? :

- Own the full product lifecycle of specific AI features : ideation-> discovery ? spec ? launch ? adoption ? post?launch refinement ? business outcomes.

- Deliver functionality such as email auto?tagging, sentiment detection, smart replies, summarization, or agent assist.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

- Define success metrics (adoption, accuracy, usage), monitor performance, and iterate based on data.

- Be the liaison for Customer Success, GTM, Sales, and Marketing during feature rollout.

- Stay sharp on the AI/LLM landscape (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering) to influence whatand howwe build.

What are we looking for? :

- 3-7 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of development/programming experience and at least 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI feature delivery.

- Strong data-oriented mindset.

- Should be comfortable with crunching, analyzing, massaging, and driving deep product and business insights from large volumes of product and business data.

- Proven ability to deliver ML/AI features in fast?moving environments.

- Hands on familiarity with AI tooling - e., OpenAI APIs, vector stores, prompt frameworks, Generative AI ecosystem.

- Strong written/verbal communication and ability to write clear PRDs and user stories.

- A proactive, analytic mindset with solid user empathy.

Nice To Have :

- Experience building support, email automation, or collaboration products.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, Pinecone, or other LLM ecosystems.

- Background in data privacy, bias mitigation, or AI ethics.

- Familiarity with a scripting language, e., Python.

Note : This role will require you to work from office 2-3 days every week.
