Hiver - Product Designer II - Adobe XD

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer II to join our design team. This role requires a strong balance of user-centered design thinking, visual design expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.

The ideal candidate will contribute to product strategy, translate complex requirements into intuitive designs, and maintain design consistency across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

- Apply design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent user experiences.

- Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation.

- Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and ensure accessibility compliance.

- Analyze data and feedback to iterate and improve product designs.

- Participate in design reviews, critique sessions, and contribute to team growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 34 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum product development processes.

- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.) to inform design improvements.
