We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Developer with strong expertise in SAP upgrades, migrations, and administration in Oracle and Windows environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using SUM, SWPM, and SAP NetWeaver technologies, along with deep knowledge of SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and perform SAP system upgrades and migrations across landscapes.

- Execute SAP NetWeaver Java Portal system upgrades (e.g., 7.4 to 7.5).

- Plan and perform SAP system migrations, including homogeneous migrations within Windows environments.

- Manage SAP upgrades involving Oracle Database, including upgrades to Oracle 19c.

- Utilize SUM (Software Update Manager) and SWPM (Software Provisioning Manager) tools effectively for upgrade and provisioning activities.

- Perform end-to-end SAP Basis tasks including system installation, configuration, performance tuning, and maintenance.

- Manage SAP system copies, refreshes, and kernel upgrades.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across SAP landscapes.

- Administer and manage SAP EP systems including content repository, system alias configuration, and UME role migration.

- Handle runtime configuration, RFC setup, and portal content administration.

- Ensure smooth functioning, security, and performance of portal environments.

- Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics to ensure stable operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Basis, databases, application servers, and integrations. Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation for upgrades, migrations, and basis activities.

- Ensure system compliance with SAP best practices and audit requirements.

- Support change management and release management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience.

- Strong experience in SAP system upgrades and migrations in Oracle + Windows environments.

- Deep understanding of: SAP NetWeaver (Java stack) SAP Enterprise Portal SUM & SWPM tools Skilled in system copy, migration methods, kernel administration, and performance tuning.

- Good understanding of SAP architecture and landscapes (Development, QA, Production).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills
