Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development to support, enhance, and implement SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ABAP programming, a solid understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments, and the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs in line with business needs.

- Work extensively with ABAP Workbench and Data Dictionary objects.

- Develop Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports (using ALV Grid/List).

- Perform Dialog Programming (Module Pool).

- Apply Object-Oriented ABAP concepts for scalable and maintainable development.

- Develop and maintain Smart Forms.

- Handle data migration and data uploads using BDC, LSMW, and BAPIs.

- Perform ABAP debugging to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Work on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

- Develop and support RFCs and integrations with external systems.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

- Provide support during testing phases and post-go-live activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Proficiency in ABAP New Syntax (7.4 and above).

- Experience working in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.

- Strong knowledge of ABAP Debugging techniques.

- Expertise in :

o Smart Forms

o Data Migration and Data Uploads (BDC, LSMW, BAPI)

o RICEF objects

o RFCs and Interfaces

- Good understanding of database concepts and performance tuning.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
