HiLabs is a dynamic and innovative tech company based in Bangalore, India, with a passion for delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to our clients. HiLabs is looking for a Product Quality Engineer (Manual) to ensure high-quality product releases across its healthcare AI and data analytics platform. The role involves functional, exploratory, and end-to-end testing while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Responsibilities :

- Perform Data testing on the large sets of data; should know excel and should know AI tools for performing testing activities.

- Conduct data validation testing to ensure accurate implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and execute test cases effectively.

- Identify, report, and track defects to closure

- Ensure adherence to testing best practices and established processes.

- Contribute to test automation initiatives, if experienced (added advantage).

- Understand product requirements, workflows, and business use cases, Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans; and perform manual, functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

- Validate APIs, workflows, and end-user experiences; identify, track, and report bugs through closure.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure release quality.

- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and QA sign-offs, Ensure overall product stability and usability.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in manual/product QA.

- Strong understanding of : Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, End-to-End Testing, API Testing (Postman/REST APIs), JIRA or similar bug tracking tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Bonus : Exposure to performance/security testing (JMeter, ZAP), BDD tools (Cucumber), and cloud/container basics (AWS, Docker).

- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
