Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Lead UI Engineer with strong expertise in Angular and/or React to design and develop enterprise-grade, cloud-native web applications.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong efficiency in UI design and development, delivering intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

Exposure to mobile application development using Flutter is a plus, enabling collaboration across web and mobile platforms.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks, state management, component architecture, testing strategies, and cloud-native application principles, including The Twelve-Factor App methodology.

Responsibilities :

- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and responsive UI components using React.js and/or Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Demonstrate strong UI efficiency, focusing on usability, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Write test-driven, maintainable, and scalable frontend code following industry best practices.

- Implement and maintain new features in production-grade UI pipelines.

- Collaborate with Architects, UX Designers, Product Owners, Backend Engineers (Java, Node.js), QA, and Mobile teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

- Implement state management solutions such as Redux, NgRx, or equivalent.

- Apply TDD principles and ensure robust test coverage using Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, etc.

- Work in a cloud-native environment (AWS preferred) with microservices, REST APIs, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Support integration with authentication, authorization, and data security protocols.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Mentor junior UI engineers and contribute to frontend architectural decisions.

- Collaborate with mobile teams and provide UI integration support for mobile applications built using Flutter.

Required Skills:

- 813 years of experience building scalable, responsive frontend applications.

- Strong hands-on experience as an Angular and/or React Frontend Developer.

- Proven efficiency and expertise in UI development, performance tuning, and UX best practices.

- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools.

- Experience with Node.js and REST API integration.

- Exposure to mobile application development using Flutter is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with additional frontend frameworks such as Vue, Svelte.

- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and component-driven development.

- Basic understanding of Java for backend collaboration.

- Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, and secure communication protocols.

- Experience with design systems, Storybook, and reusable component libraries.

- Experience working on SaaS-based enterprise platforms.
