Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Golang to support high-concurrency environments and improve system throughput.

- Optimize existing backend services by refactoring code and improving database queries to reduce latency and enhance overall application performance.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment of services across cloud environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues by performing root cause analysis to maintain high system availability and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to uphold high engineering standards and promote best practices across the development team.

Youll work closely with the founding and product teams, own features end-to-end, and have a meaningful say in how the platform is architected as we scale.
