Responsibilities :

- Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) to meet complex business requirements.

- Develop and maintain functional and technical design documents.

- Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules, including setups, profiles, and workflow configurations.

- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Financials and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

- Develop and execute data migration strategies and scripts.

- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

- Design and develop complex financial reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools (OBIEE, BI Publisher, etc.)

- Utilize SQL and PL/SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.

- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline financial processes.

- Develop and maintain workflow configurations and approvals.

- Utilize scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency.

- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other business units.

- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide training and support to end-users.

- Lead Oracle Financials implementation and upgrade projects.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Lead with a strong technical focus.

- Proven experience in leading Oracle Financials implementation and upgrade projects.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Expert knowledge of Oracle Financials modules and configurations.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

- Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OBIEE, BI Publisher).

- Familiarity with API integration and web services.

- Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.

- Experience with scripting languages is a plus.

Functional Skills :

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle certifications.

- Experience with cloud-based financial systems.

- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
